Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SelfHostedERP website and, where noted, the SelfHostedERP software. Please read them before using the site or purchasing a license.

1. Agreement

By accessing selfhostederp.com (the “Site”) or using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. What we provide

SelfHostedERP is a self-hosted business platform sold under a one-time license. It bundles four rooms in one workspace: ERP, SEO & AI Briefs, Marketing & Ads, and Communications. The Site markets the product and lets you request a quote; the software itself runs on infrastructure you control.

3. License

When you purchase SelfHostedERP, you receive a license to install and run the software on your own servers, with unlimited users within your organization, and access to the source code so you can review, modify, and extend it for your own use. Unless your written order says otherwise:

  • The license is one-time for the major version you purchase, with updates within that version.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its source as a competing product.
  • We retain all intellectual property rights in the software except the rights expressly granted to you.

The exact scope, price, and support terms of your license are set out in your order or written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this section.

4. Your data and the software

Because the software is self-hosted, you are responsible for the servers it runs on, for your own backups, security, and legal compliance, and for the data you process with it. We do not access your production data.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or its forms to post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or spam content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Site’s content.

6. Comments and user content

Blog comments and reactions are provided for genuine discussion. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and moderate your content on the Site, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may hide or remove any comment, at our discretion, without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and, except as stated in a written agreement, the software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfHostedERP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and uses third-party services (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile and Google Analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as our product and Site change. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your written agreement specifies otherwise.
